The “Diet Part”

You won’t fail if you’re not perfect, you’ll fail if you’re not committed to improving yourself slightly each day.

i will not ever use the term Diet again on my blog. This entails that it is temporary

My Life Style Change consisted of the following :

  • No more than 23g of fat day
  • No more than 25g Sugar per day
    **these two things right here REALLY was what changed my eating habits right away, seriosly just read nutrition lables on what you eat and you will find what you are currently eating is probably AT least 2-4 times what we should be!

When you start your journey, I recomned visiting a wieght loss clinic

At the Place i chose was Rocklin Weight Loss they gave me these goals that they would help me with:

  • Retrain you nutritionally
  • Encourage you to embrace a new lifestyle that consists of sound nutrition and exercise.
  • Teach you how to turn your weaknesses into strengths.
  • Assist you with achieving your weight loss goals and to maintain them.

These are all examples of things we are not usually able to do on our own and thats why its important to seek professional help!
